Panel 1: Litchfield says "Ecru, step one of being an artist is—" Ecru cuts him off and says "I don't want to be an artist."
Panel 2: Litchfield yelps "What—? What—? What—?" Ecru continues "I intern for experience in operations management."
Panel 3: Litchfield is disgusted and starts writing on the notepad, "OK, step one of being an artist is don't be an operations manager."
