Panel 1: Malaprop says "Nickels, look!They built a new arthouse cinema!" Nickels says "It's too new. You know what it needs?"
Panel 2: Nickels says "A dot." while giving the wall a quick shot of a spraypaint can.
Panel 3: Malaprop responds proudly "You really know how to make this arthouse an arthome."
